Roof leaks rarely come from directly above the stain. Water gets in at a cracked tile, a lifted flashing, a rusted valley or a blocked gutter, then runs along the timbers before it shows up inside.
We get up on the roof, find where the water is actually getting in and fix it. Where the fix is tile work, our restoration partners handle it and we coordinate the job.
