Concrete and terracotta tile roofs last a long time, but the bedding and pointing along the ridges cracks, tiles slip and break, and moss and lichen hold moisture on the surface. Left alone, that ends in leaks inside the roof space.
We work with experienced tile restoration crews who clean, repair, rebed, repoint and coat the roof. We arrange it and coordinate it with your gutter work, so the roof and gutters are finished together and you only deal with one company.

Can you restore a terracotta roof?
Yes. Terracotta and concrete tiles can both be cleaned, repaired, rebedded and repointed. Coating is usually done on concrete tiles; terracotta is often left natural.
