When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details of the job. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

• To contact you about your quote and job
• To book, carry out and invoice the work
• To follow up on warranty matters

We may send you a text message when your enquiry comes in, and follow up by phone or email. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with people who help us do the job, such as our installers, and with the software providers we use to manage enquiries, quotes and invoices. We may also share information where the law requires it.
