We measure your roof remotely from aerial imagery for an estimate, then inspect on site and give you one fixed total price, with no hidden extras. If the agreed job costs more than we quoted, you don't pay the difference.
Do you need to come out to quote?
Yes, briefly. We measure from aerial imagery first and give you an estimate over the phone, so you know if we're in your ballpark. Then we inspect the house to check the gutters, fascia and roof up close before giving you a fixed price in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every job is done under Victorian roof plumbing licence 108490 and covered by $20 million QBE public liability insurance. Our workmanship is warranted for 6 years and Colorbond steel carries a 25-year product warranty.
What colours can I choose?
Any colour in the current Colorbond range for gutters and fascia. Downpipes come in a matching range of colours.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of Melbourne's east and south-east, including the Yarra Ranges, Maroondah, Knox, Manningham, Whitehorse, Monash, Greater Dandenong and Casey council areas. If you're not sure, send us your address and we'll confirm.
Do I get a compliance certificate?
Yes, where one applies. In Victoria, plumbing work over $750 needs a compliance certificate from a licensed plumber, lodged with the Building and Plumbing Commission. We issue and lodge it for you.
How quickly will I get a price?
